About Us

ISSACH HEALTH Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare access and outcomes in Nigeria. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our programs and projects, ensuring impactful delivery and alignment with our mission.

Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our programs. You will lead teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure effective resource allocation to drive impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic plans and program goals aligned with our mission
Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and resource management
Engage stakeholders, including communities, partners, and donors
Establish M&E frameworks to track progress and measure impact
Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability
Lead and coordinate program staff
Prepare reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Identify and mitigate risks impacting program success

Required Skills and Qualities

Strategic thinking and planning
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic environments
Experience in program management, preferably in healthcare or development sector
Must be a Graduate from any reputable University or Polytechnic
